What is collected
Only what you voluntarily type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), country, sector, stage, objective, scope, timing, budget (optional) and message (optional).
The site uses no analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to answer your request and assess a possible collaboration.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the legitimate interest in replying to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Who has access
Submissions are emailed to hello@romeupacheco.com and read only by Romeu Pacheco.
Data is never sold, shared or used for newsletters, marketing lists or advertising.
Hosting and email delivery providers act as processors and may process the data inside the European Union or under adequate international transfer safeguards.
Retention
Messages are kept while the conversation is relevant and for no more than 24 months after the last contact. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
Write to hello@romeupacheco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and form data is validated and transmitted encrypted.
